Service Description

This session can be used for beginners to understand why meditation is good for you as well as advanced meditators to learn all the different ways to meditate and how to really make meditation a natural part of your day in the comfort of a professional.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - If you cancel/reschedule before 24 hours you will receive a 50% refund. After this your payment is nonrefundable as i cannot get another client in within that time frame.
