My name is Enya O'Brien. I have dealt with a lot in my life which has led to me being older and wiser beyond my years, bringing me to mindfulness. I have always been drawn to helping others and they have been drawn to me. My traumas in my life led to a lot of mental and physical issues that I avoided for years. When I was 18 years old, a physiatrist recommended I try a 8 week mindfulness course. In my first class, I heard the teacher say that all our trauma is in our mind. I was so offended but then I realised it made sense. As I continued each week, my body hives went away, I could sit in silence and the most important part I learnt that I deserved compassion.

I went on to an addiction recovery program that was very much focused around mindfulness and positive psychology and my love for them both only grew. Once I completed my recovery program, I enrolled for a Mindfulness and Positive Psychology Teaching course with Carmel Farran. Now, I have a diploma and I am a qualified Mindfulness and Positive Psychology teacher and EFT practioner who wants to do my very best to change the world and the people in it, by healing and being present.

Since 2020, I’ve been working as a certified coach who specialises in helping people cope with their issues. I coach my clients in a way that utilises both their heads and their hearts, through their minds . The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges. This motivated me to turn my newfound passion into a full-time career. If you have any questions about my methods, or would like to schedule a consultation, please get in touch today.
