A Bit About Me

Fully-certified since 2020, I’ve been successfully coaching clients throughout Ireland and Europe facilitating their self-growth. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life.

Ease with Enya provides many affordable services which means our fees are lower and more personalised than most private practices.

We offer a scale of rates based on employment/college/social income with reduced rates available for those who are not in full-time employment.

All my services are online. I provide 1-1 sessions on zoom and a 8 week mindfulness course that you can watch on youtube after purchase.

All my clients get a free 30 minute consulation where we will decide what service and pricing plan is best suited for you.
