1:1 Mindfulness and Positive Psychology Session

Get the Most out of Life

Do you feel like you are always adding new tasks to your to-do list but never crossing anything out? Like there is never enough time in the day? This is a 90 minute personalized coaching session for people who know they can live better and heal from their past but they just don't know where to start. This is an 8 week program. In these individualised 90 minute sessions, I introduce to you: The benefits of formal/informal meditation; how to control our minds; pick the thoughts that are best for us; how to focus on the good in life; and, how to incorporate all of this into our daily lives. At the end of the program, our aim is to help you live a better life with an understanding of fundamental mindfulness skills.

1:1 Meditation Session

Making your Life Feel like a Gift

Do you feel completely overwhelmed? Like you never get the chance to stop? Well this 30 minute session is an add on to my 1:1 full sessions as a great way to really enforce our meditation practice. It can also be used on its own as a great introduction to someone who is interested in meditation but just doesn't know where to begin. In this 30 minute session, I introduce you to the benefits of formal and informal meditation and how to incorporate it into our daily lives. This session can be used on an individual basis to see why meditation is good for you, to learn all the different ways to meditate and how to really make meditation a natural part of your day in the comfort of a professional.

How it works

Firstly, you book-in for a consultation for all types of sessions.

You can book by clicking the 'FREE CONSULTATION' button below.

After you book-in, I will send you a short questionnaire so I can get to know you a bit better and what you want to get out of working with me.

We will then have our 45 minute online consultation where I will ask you further questions to understand your wants and needs further, as well as learn more about you, as a client.

Based on the initial consultation, I will send you an enrolment link for the relevant service requirements!

Then you are ready to get started on your special journey towards a happier and more peaceful you!
