For busy people who want the tools to make mindful change.


This is a collection of the hometasks for the 8 Week MBSR, MBCT & Positive Psychology Course.


Its designed for people who want to create a mindful routine but cant commit the time to do the 8 week course.


I recommend doing these hometasks on a weekly basis. For example starting on a Monday and doing all week ones home tasks everyday ( or as much as possible taoilred to your routine and capabilities). Except for the links like Mindfulness Awarness Scale and compassion scale they are once of activities. 


Then the next Monday starting Week 2 continueing this cycle until your finnished the 8 weeks, then incorperating them into your own new mindfulness routine.
